We take great care in packaging every bottle of Pure Chetoui to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

🔄 Returns Policy

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we have the following policy:

✅ Eligible for Refund/Replacement:

  • Product arrived damaged or broken during shipping
  • Product arrived leaking
  • You received the wrong item
  • Product is defective (unusual color, smell, or appearance that doesn’t match the product description)

❌ NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Product has been opened and used (unless defective)
  • Taste preference — Chetoui olive oil naturally has a strong, peppery flavor. This is a sign of high polyphenols and is a quality indicator, not a defect
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

⏰ How to Report an Issue

If your order arrives damaged or you have any issues, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the damage (bottle, packaging, and shipping label)
  3. Brief description of the issue

💰 Refund Process

Step Timeline
Report issue with photos Within 48 hours of delivery
We review your claim 1–2 business days
Replacement shipped or refund initiated Within 3 business days of approval
Refund appears in your account 7–14 business days (depends on bank)

🔁 Replacement vs. Refund

For approved claims, we will first offer a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available or you prefer a refund, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

🚫 Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may submit a return request after receiving the item (subject to eligibility above).

💬 About the Peppery Taste

Important: Pure Chetoui has a naturally strong, peppery, and slightly bitter taste. This is NOT a defect — it’s the signature of high-polyphenol olive oil. The “throat burn” you feel is oleocanthal, a powerful natural anti-inflammatory compound. The stronger the kick, the higher the polyphenol content. This is what makes Pure Chetoui different from bland supermarket oils.
