We offer FREE shipping to all addresses within Malaysia — Semenanjung, Sabah, and Sarawak. No minimum order required.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

📋 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the courier’s website or app.

🛡️ Packaging & Protection

Every bottle of Pure Chetoui is carefully packed with bubble wrap and protective foam to ensure it arrives safely. Our glass bottles are wrapped individually to prevent breakage during transit.
